First Pictures Up!

Hey guys;
Only a short post here now. I’ve uploaded just a few pictures of my day 0 pictures. This really is an actual lie, as they are Day 3 pictures but as I didn’t take them then I had to do some else I’d have no comparisons. Day 0 data will be up soon so keep hanging on guys.

I’m keeping this post short as I’ve noticed a few bugs in my design that need to be retified a.s.a.p.
Just a quick word about the actual experience. I completed Day 3 today, Shoulders & Arms and yet another stab at Ab Ripper X. This time I was able to complete quite alot of the AB Ripper X and keep my form and get to the required number of reps. I did have to take quite a few mini breaks but I hope to phase them out as time goes by. Also, I did ‘The Mother of All Workouts’ yesterday in the form of Plyometrics and that thing is tough. I did this at home but I found I was running out of room so for next tuesday when I have to do it, I’ll be heading to to the gym in order to do it.

    HEY, GOOD LUCK WITH THE *X*. I FINISHED MY 2ND ROUND (MONTH 6) TODAY WITH YOGA. I’M TELLIN YA YOUR IN FOR THE RIDE OF YOUR LIFE. I STARTED AT 6 PULLUPS AND CAN DO OVER 30 NOW. HOW I DID IT WAS I WENT FOR 4 MORE REPS ON EVERYTHING THAN THE TIME BEFORE, EVEN THO MOST OF THE TIME I WOULD ONLY GET 1-2. REALLY PRESS THE YOGA, IT’S ONE OF THE MAIN KEYS. AS FAR AS AB RIPPER X, IF YOU CAN DO SISSORS, HIP ROCK, AND PULSE UP TO 25, U’LL BE ABLE TO DO THE REST IF YOU PUSH IT. GOOD LUCK, IF YOU WANT MY PHOTOS OF BEFORE AND AFTER I GOTTA’EM.
